Red: Hey Green, have you seen today's market?
Green: Yeah... it is still bad news! Millions are lost all over the whole!
Red: CNN is calling it another brutal day on Wall Street!
Green: Looks like interest rate will be up again!
Red: Yes, I believe those with mortgages will be struggling to meet the increasing rates. Some may need to sell up their homes, too.
Green: Great! It is a buyers market now and a good time to buy!
Red: Yeah...I guess one person's loss is someone else's gain, or so they say.......
